By purchasing, accessing, or using Game On Method, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 1. About Game On Method
Game On Method is an online educational program designed for teen athletes ages 14 to 18.
The program is designed to support teen athletes with focus, digital habits, confidence, self-awareness, personal standards, leadership, and performance-supportive routines. The program may include short videos, written lessons, reflection questions, worksheets, emails, downloads, and other educational resources.
Game On Method is an online program available worldwide.
2. Parent or Guardian Purchase Required
Game On Method is intended for teen athletes ages 14 to 18, but it must be purchased by an adult.
By purchasing Game On Method, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult responsible for the teen athlete’s participation. You also confirm that you have the legal authority to purchase the program, agree to these Terms, and give permission for the teen athlete to access and participate in the program.
You are responsible for determining whether the program is appropriate for the teen athlete and for supervising the teen athlete’s participation as needed. Teen athletes should not purchase Game On Method on their own without parent or guardian permission.
3. Educational Purposes Only
Game On Method is for educational and personal development purposes only.
The program is not medical advice, mental health advice, therapy, counselling, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for working with a qualified physician, psychologist, counsellor, therapist, mental health professional, medical professional, educational professional, or performance professional.
Nothing in the program should be interpreted as professional medical, mental health, psychological, therapeutic, academic, legal, or financial advice.
If you or the teen athlete is experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, self-harm thoughts, disordered eating, severe sleep issues, panic, trauma, substance use concerns, or any other medical or mental health concern, please seek support from a qualified professional immediately. If there is an emergency or risk of harm, contact emergency services in your area.
4. No Guaranteed Results
Every athlete is different. Results depend on many factors, including participation, consistency, age, maturity, sport schedule, home environment, school demands, family support, sleep, stress, health, mental well-being, and personal choices.
Game On Method does not guarantee any specific result, including improved athletic performance, improved grades or academic results, reduced screen time, improved confidence, improved focus, improved sleep, improved mental health, improved behaviour, improved team performance, recruitment, scholarships, selection, rankings, playing time, or competitive outcomes.
Testimonials, examples, or stories shared by Game On Method are not guarantees of your experience or results.
5. Personal Responsibility
The parent, guardian, or authorized adult is responsible for how the teen athlete uses and applies the program.
Participants are responsible for using common sense, listening to their body, following family rules, school rules, team rules, coach guidelines, sport organization rules, and applicable laws.
Game On Method encourages healthy digital habits and personal reflection, but the program does not replace parental guidance, professional care, coaching staff, school support, or medical or mental health support.
