For Parents

You should not have to be the phone police.

Game On is 21 days for teen athletes who already work hard and know something is still off. Each day is a short lesson and one action. Some of it is just for that day. Some of it sticks.

You do not need to manage it.

Ask what they noticed. Then let them own it.

WEEK 1
Notice and recover
They look at how they actually use their phone. They start protecting sleep. They practice not grabbing it on impulse.

WEEK 2
Attention on purpose
Mornings. Staying with one thing. Winding down earlier. The house may get a little quieter. That is a good sign.

WEEK 3
Pressure and standards
Now it goes into sport. A clearer head at practice. A way to reset after a mistake. Then they choose what they want to keep when the 21 days are over.

THE PHONE IS NOT THE WHOLE PROGRAM

It is how they practice control. They also do visualization, meditation, breath work, and work on sleep, focus, and pressure. The point is not a new set of house rules. The point is an athlete who can lock in, recover, and stay with themselves when it counts.

IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE AT HOME

The Parent Guide is short. What you might notice. How to support them without taking over. You already do enough for their sport.

This part they can do themselves.

21 days. About 10 minutes a day.
